We successfully executed a comprehensive 11,000 sq. ft. turnkey interior project, delivering a complete transformation of the space with seamless integration of architectural interiors and building services. The scope encompassed interior fit-outs, electrical works, air-conditioning, structured networking, FAPA (Fire Alarm & Public Address), and FAS (Fire Alarm System).

The project involved extensive coordination between multiple technical disciplines, with careful planning of concealed services, ceiling installations, electrical and data networks, HVAC systems and fire-safety infrastructure. Our execution team managed the project from site preparation and service installation through finishing, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality workmanship, functional efficiency and a clean, professionally finished environment.
